Order Cut-Off Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 10am, it will be sent that afternoon.
Track My Order
If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the Mama Bare website. Alternatively, you can track your order directly using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking code, please call or email us.
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to.
Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

Authority To Leave
As Mama Bare do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can't unfortunately accept any returns. If there is an error or discrepancy in your order please email us on info@naturalmamabare.com and we will try our best to rectify this as soon as possible.
Our Packaging
A big part of our brand ethos is using recyclable and compostable shipping and packaging. Our glass bottles are made from recycled glass, as well as our cardboard boxes. For shipping packaging we use Heaps of Good compostable shipping bags with their Hex wrap, which is eco-friendly bubble wrap. The only part of our packaging which isn't fully recyclable is our labels, but that is changing in the next few months.
